- Presentation by DEP representatives regarding construction of a new one story substation building on the grounds of Owls Head Water Treatment Plant
- Review of a notification from Army Corps of Engineers regarding a DEP application to install an approximately 108 foot long containment boom fastened to four twelve inch diameter steel hollow piles to collect floatable debris that enter the waterway from the outfall in the Upper New York Bay at the west end of 64th Street near the Owls Head Water Treatment Plant
