This is a public, open meeting of Community Board 10. It is a joint meeting of the Executive Committee and the Zoning and Land Use Committee. Neighbors are encouraged to attend, and are allowed to speak and provide feedback at a public comment period at the end of the session.
- Review of CB10 Board Member Michael Devigne’s preliminary findings and research for a Commercial Needs Assessment. The assessment was enabled through a grant to the 5th Avenue BID and involves a business analysis of all of Bay Ridge’s commercial corridors and stores.
